Decent stay near the seafront

I found the location quite convenient. It's a short walk to the seafront. The breakfast had many options. The owners alan and cath were friendly.
I found this quite disappointing. The room was a bit small. It only really worked for one night (i stayed longer!).

amazing stay with perfect hosts!
delicious breakfast home feeling
alan and cathy treated us like family , i just loved that! they were so friendly and helpful. the breakfast was delicious and alan really cooks it great. i really appreciated how accommodating they were and that it seemed like home.
i booked a twin room but we were given a double room , it was a mistake, so i was a little disappointed. the room was quite small , though it worked for our one night.

the room was clean and tidy , i noticed immediately. there was a ceiling fan and windows , i appreciated that because the weather was very warm. the shower was powerful , i loved it.

the location was perfect , so close to the parade. i walked only five minutes to reach it , i didn't need my car at all. it's in a quiet road , i felt safe and peaceful.

alan and cath are the perfect hosts , they were so warm and cute. alan even let us leave the car there for a last look around at check out , i found it kind. they were always on hand for whatever we needed , it was amazing.

there was a choice for breakfast , i thought it was great. parking spaces were available for the car , i found it very convenient. outside , there was a table and four chairs , i enjoyed sitting there.

clean room nice breakfast sweet touch
I felt welcomed by alan and kath. They are lovely people. the room was clean (and i really appreciated that). i enjoyed a really nice breakfast. i thought these small touches like sweets were a nice addition.
i found little sound isolation between rooms.

free parking is available . a fan is available in the room. an iron and board are available on the landing for guest use. there is also a hairdryer in the room.

the hotel is a short walk to the town centre (i timed it at 3-4 minutes). the beach is within walking distance. amusements are also easily accessible. it is a very quiet area at night.

the provided on-site car parking was certainly helpful.
I booked a twin room, i think but i got a double instead. Talk about anticlimactic! the room was also rather small, though i suppose adequate for my short stay.
